BRAIN - GEDESF

The project Brazilian Research in Auto Industry (BRAIN) is a technological platform associated with the Grupo de Estudos em Desenvolvimento do Sul Fluminense (GEDESF) e_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ao Laboratory for Multi-Application in Management (LAMAG), headquartered at the Instituto de Ciências Humanas e Sociais de Volta Redonda (ICHS) of the Fluminense Federal University (UFF)._cc7819 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

 

BRAIN  is coordinated by Professor Dr. Raphael Lima (UFF) and is linked to the activities of the Professional Master's in Administration/Postgraduate Program in Administration (MPA/PPGA) and the Postgraduate Program in Sociology (PPGS). 

 

Os main project performance indicators are: to function as a technical-scientific database, providing digital compilations, bibliographic, documentary and technical data (production, sale, import, export, etc.) automotive sector; train and train researchers at undergraduate and graduate levels; act in partnership with the public administration, civil society and universities; consolidate research on topics related to the automotive industry, such as the organization of global value chains (GVCs); corporate strategies in multiple geographies; development, industrial policies and regulatory mechanisms; configuration of labor relations and union action;  innovation and new technological paradigms; social construction of the automotive market and the re-signification of the automobile.
